RPP builds quality into the product at every step by following Design for Manufacturability concepts throughout the process. We have an active, company-wide, Continuous Improvement program based on Lean Manufacturing principles and a customer-centric vision.

Our Quality Control Lab has the equipment and trained personnel required to maintain a consistent process to ensure inputs and outputs are within specifications. A Rheology unit is used to measure raw material flow. A coordinate measuring machine and optical comparator measure physical dimensions of finished products and some materials. Other equipment is used to conduct pull and mulin burst tests. The company even has the ability to do some life cycle testing. QC Lab personnel are also responsible for managing the processes, documentation and records related to tightly controlled manufacturing processes such as Nuclear, Aerospace, Medical and Military applications.

of the first companies in the industry to embrace the ISO standard,
and are currently certified to ISO 9001:2008 by National Quality Assurance (NQA).
