Rubber Bonding To Metal, Teflon, Plastic & Other Elastomers

RPP has developed special molding techniques and post cure processes for bonding rubber to metal, Teflon and plastic in diaphragm and non-diaphragm applications. RPP’s molding, materials and machining expertise led to the development of a high quality butterfly valve liner and a longer life buffing head. Our knowledge of materials gives us the ability to bond dissimilar elastomers to each other or on alternate sides of a diaphragm.
