Elastomer Preforms

Two Barwell extruders give RPP the capacity to supply a high volume of elastomer preforms to very tight volume tolerances. You can select from our many shapes and sizes or have a custom die manufactured to meet your specifications. RPP can process preforms using elastomers ranging from 40 to 80 Shore A hardness . Customers can choose from our large selection of elastomers, work with our technical staff on developing a custom elastomer or supply their own elastomer.
