Small & Large Diaphragm Diameters:
With a broad range of molding presses, RPP has the ability to produce diaphragms from less than 1 inch (12mm) up to 46 inches (1168mm) in diameter. One hundred molding presses means RPP can handle annual quantity requirements that run anywhere from single digits to millions of parts per year. Molds and tools are manufactured in RPP’s fully equipped machine shop. Because we have control of the process from design concept through mold fabrication, RPP can keep mold pricing low, and avoid costs associated with mistakes and the use of outsourced mold making services. Material Development:
RPP uses a wide variety of standard and proprietary elastomers and fabrics. We regularly produce products utilizing challenging compounds such as EPDM, FKM, FFKM, HNBR and Silicone and high temperature / high strength fabrics such as Polyamides and High Temperature Polyamides. Our materials group has on-going projects to improve compounds & fabrics and identify alternative sources for high quality, cost competitive raw materials. If an existing elastomer or fabric is not sufficient, we will work with you and our suppliers on developing a unique solution to meet your requirement.

Nuclear, NSF & FDA Products:
Producing product to tight tolerances and specifications and in accordance with 10CFR50 Appendix B, RPP is a leading supplier of diaphragms to the nuclear power industry. With materials formulated to meet CFR21, RPP manufactures FDA compliant diaphragms suitable for food service and medical applications such as pumps, metering systems and life support apparatus.

Inventory Stocking Programs:
RPP
supports customers who require regular shipments of product with Customized Stocking Programs. With KanBan arrangements, RPP maintains specified levels of inventory and manages Just-In-Time order fulfillment. In exchange, Customers issue blanket purchase orders and communicate forecasted requirements on a regular basis. Customers can reduce their inventory while building a safety stock and virtually eliminate purchase order lead-times. The programs help RPP manage its manufacturing and raw material resources. These programs work best for higher volume products and lower volume products that have a consistent requirement.
Worldwide Distribution:
With customers in over 30 countries on five different continents, RPP has the experience and know-how to provide technical support and quality products to all parts of the globe. China, Japan, Hungary, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates are a few examples of the far reaching places where RPP products can be found. RPP Europe, RPP’s German subsidiary, provides technical support, and distribution services to customers located in Europe and Africa.
